Return & Exchange Policy
At Engol, all sales are final, with exceptions only in the case of damage or defect. We do not accept returns due to change of mind or used/opened products.
Eligible Items for Exchange
- You notify us within 3 days of receiving the item
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all labels
- You provide photo evidence of damage or wrong item
Request Process

2. Include photos, order number, and item to exchange.
3. Once approved, ship the item back within 3 days.
*Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the mistake was ours.*
If the item is out of stock, we may offer store credit or a similar replacement.
Refunds (Only if Exchange Not Possible)
Refunds will be issued only if the product is out of stock and no replacement is possible. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Notify us within 3 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Include photos for review. We will prioritize a resolution.
